[ 2008 Plastic Recycling Industry Development Forum ]

The Forum£º
China is the largest waste plastic importer. Increasing imports are posing greater threat on the environment. In order to regulate the solid wastes import, the Government restricts imports of household plastic bags, film and nets and implements the plastic bag limit from June this year. What will these orders affect the waste plastic industry? How can the overseas suppliers deal with these changes? What will happen to domestic supply/demand situation when some overseas suppliers shift to India and other Asian countries in stead of China on account of rising feedstock cost and freight? How about the demand from overseas plastic enterprises as some domestic granulation companies are seeking for overseas market?
