| Notes: 1. Fees cover meeting services, presentation documentation, simultaneous interpretation and conference meals. 2. Please make the payment and pay by bank transfer or Credit Card in 5 working days after fax back this confirmation. After receiving payment, a formal receipt will be issued. 3. Delegates must bear bank charges and local taxes (if applicable). Fee must be NET of ALL charges. 4. The deadline for registration is 19th, June. 5. If you cancel attendance before 19th, June, 2009, you are liable for 30% of the total fees. No refund will be made thereafter. However, you are free to send another representative at any time. 6. Right after receiving your registration form, we’ll send you the hotel accommodation letter including details of hotel rooms, corporate rate. |
