China Petrochemical Summit 2009 (CPS2009) held the successfully opening ceremony on Mar. 12th in Westin Beijing Finance Street. During the opening ceremony, Mr. Fan Xin (CIO of CBI China) and Mr. Li Chengfeng (GM of CNPC Chemical Sales Company) gave the welcome wording on behalf of the organizer committee.
