Notes:

1. PAYMENT TERMS: Please fax us your bank slip to 86-21-51550757 after remitting the payment. Formal invoices will be issued and given to the participating companies on the spot when payments are received. Your REGISTRATION for this event is not 100% confirmed until payment is received and is subject to cancellation if no payment is received by the start of the event.
2. ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotel accommodations and traveling expenses are NOT included in this Conference Fee. However we shall provide a limited number of standard rooms with corporate rate at the conference hotel. To take advantage of this offer, please submit your hotel reservation as early as possible.
3. CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS: Any cancellation that is received before 8th of March 2010 will bear 30% of the full liability. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 8th of March 2010. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
4. PROGRAMME CHANGE POLICY: Please note the speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and topics.
