| Notes: 1. Please make the payment and pay by bank transfer in 5 working days after fax back this confirmation. After receiving payment, a formal receipt will be issued and mailed to the participating company. 2. Please note the payment should be made with the fix RMB/USD exchange rate at 6.8. 3. Delegates must bear bank charges and local taxes (if applicable). Fee must be NET of ALL charges. 3. The deadline for registration is 24th, June, 2009. 5. The registration fee will be refunded 30% only if a written request is received by close of business on 24th, June, 2009. No refund will be given thereafter. However, you are free to send another representative at any time. 6. Right after receiving your registration form, we’ll send you the hotel accommodation letter including details of hotel rooms, corporate rate and online reservation address |
